Craft the Lv55 Jet Pack, the racial wings, from an upgraded Lv50 one. Level it from 0 to 5 with Energy Core Upgraders, then switch it to Defence stats if you need to.
Craft the Lv55 Jet Pack (Novus Racial Superior Booster, the racial wings) in RF Novus Rising, upgrade it from level 0 to 5 with Energy Core Upgraders, and switch it from Attack to Defence.
